Harvey was able to come out and fix our TurboChef within 24 hours of our first call! Great communication and professional service. I will be calling FixIt Expresso for all our TurboChef repairs from now on!

We just had a catastrophe where our only two TurboChef ovens both went down, and we thought we were going to lose days worth of food sales—but he got creative and borrowed parts from one oven for the other one so we had one functioning while he ordered parts for the other! Service has always been prompt and our time restrictions were accommodated.

Have two older Turbochef encores. Harvey came out the evening I called and fixed one of the units, enough to get us going. We scheduled a time a few days later to fix the other. Both days prompt and super easy to deal with. Extremely happy with the service.
